Corrosion management
Arcticnor has supported Wood and Dolphin Drilling with corrosion management on the semisubmersibles Blackford Dolphin and Borgland Dolphin in conjunction with Special Renewal Surveys (SPS). We have assisted on the development of a bespoke software, including corrosion inspection planning, assessment, remedial actions, data processing and storage of Ultrasonic Thickness Measurements (UTM) in pontoon ballast tanks.
CCS Norcem Brevik
Arcticnor is working together with Aker Carbon Capture on the carbon capture project at Norcem Heidelberg Cement in Brevik, Norway. We provide shop-engineering, construction planning, as well as field-engineers that inspect the ongoing work. The project will cut Norway’s total CO2-emissions with 1% and is an important step in the green shift for Norwegian industry.
