Kristina joined Arcticnor in 2026 as Business Support & Marketing Lead, bringing with her a
background in marketing, leadership and business support across several industries.
Finding the right opportunity
For Kristina, the opportunity to take on a broad role and contribute across multiple areas of the
business was one of the main reasons for choosing Arcticnor.
She enjoys working in an environment where there is room for initiative, continuous
improvement and new ideas, while helping create structure that allows engineers to focus on
what they do best – delivering projects.
Motivated by variety
No two days are the same in Kristina’s role.
Combining administration, HR, marketing and business support, she enjoys solving new
challenges, learning new skills and contributing to Arcticnor’s continued growth. She also values
the trust and flexibility that come with working in a company where employees are encouraged
to take responsibility and make an impact.

Kristina is excited to continue growing with Arcticnor, getting to know her colleagues even
better and helping strengthen both the company’s internal processes and external profile.

Outside of work, She enjoys running, skiing and spending time outdoors with her family. She has recently completed Backyard Ultra Sandefjord and is always looking forward to her next challenge – whether it’s at work or out on the trail.
